Can I get items that I have owned for awhile customized?

 

I only print or customize brand new items. You do not have to send any prodcuts to me. I cannot guarantee the quality of your product if I use what you provide.

How long does it take?

 

My turnaround time varies from 7-14 days to process and prepare your custom order. Please be patient as processing times have recently changed. Please consider the additional shipping time as well. Orders will be processed in a timely manner.

Where are the items purchased from?

I used a varitey of trusted vendors from the USA and overseas. Items shipped from overseas have a slightly longer processing time.

Can you recreate a design that has been done already?

 

Each custom is a 1:1. I do not replicate anyone else’s work, nor do I duplicate my own design. If you see a design, we can tweak it so it can be different from the original.

How to order custom apparel?

 

You can shoot an email if the option is not available to add customization while placing an order.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

 

If the wrong item has been sent. Notify us immediately so that we can accommodate.
